Applicants should complete the online application form through Grant Tracker and submit online before the deadline of 29 June 2012.
Submissions should be a maximum of 5,000 words with support materials (charts and pictures as appropriate). A one-page executive summary of the submission confirming its compliance with the prize requirements must be included.
Entrants are asked to submit a curriculum vitae with their submission.
Awards criteria
All candidates should read the prizes criteria carefully. Evidence of monitoring and evaluating the progress of the work must be shown.
Timescale
- Please complete the application form including the full submission up to a maximum of 5,000 words, excluding any support material and submit online by 5pm on 29 June 2012 at the latest.
- Acknowledgement of the entry will be sent out in via email on successful online submission.
- Prize winners will be notified and invited to attend the Bupa Foundation Prize dinner for their formal presentation in November 2012.
Prize
All Bupa Foundation prizes are for £15,000 each. This is divided into two parts. £5,000 will be paid direct to the individual or team members and £10,000 will be for use to further the prize winners' research in their respective fields.
