Apply for a medical research grant
Please read this important information before considering applying for a Bupa Foundation grant.
Applying for a grant is easier than ever with the Bupa Foundation’s new online application system. Using the online application system you can submit a medical research grant proposal, register for online application and begin your submission.
You will be able to specify that you are applying for a ‘medical research’ grant during the submission process.
After each session you will be able to save your work for completion when convenient. Once submitted, the system will generate a PDF application document. We now only need one hard copy of this with original signatures before your grant can go forward to be considered at the next grants meeting. The signed copy is needed because it will form part of the research contract if you are awarded a grant.

There is one meeting each year to consider medical research grant applications, in February.
Please note that proposals for the February meeting must be submitted by 31 October of the preceding year
Exact dates of meetings will be confirmed on registration for online application.
