Applying for a grant is easier than ever with the Bupa Foundation’s new online application system. Using the online application system you can submit a medical research grant proposal, register for online application and begin your submission.

You will be able to specify that you are applying for a ‘medical research’ grant during the submission process.

After each session you will be able to save your work for completion when convenient. Once submitted, the system will generate a PDF application document. We now only need one hard copy of this with original signatures before your grant can go forward to be considered at the next grants meeting. The signed copy is needed because it will form part of the research contract if you are awarded a grant.

Online application system

There will be two meetings in 2008 to consider medical research grant applications.

Please note:

• proposals received by 1 July 2008 will be considered at a meeting in November 2008
• proposals received by 1 October 2008 will be considered at a meeting in February 2009
